Standard shipping time on most items is 5-9 business
days for US & EU orders.
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages due to the speed of production. Tracking information available for all orders.
If your package is running late for whatever reason please submit a contact form at BGiNK.com describing the issue and we will get back to you within 48-72 hours.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges
if there is a production issue such as a misprint.
If this is the case please take photos and email them to BGink22@gmail.com .
We will get back to you ASAP with a solution.
