Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping on orders over international & domestic orders over $222 USD. Standard shipping time on most items coming from the U.S. to U.S. and E.U. addresses is 5-9 business days. Items shipping from the U.S. to international customers and items coming from outside the U.S. can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages due to the speed of production. Tracking information available for all orders.
If your package is running late for whatever reason please submit a contact form or email me at BGink22@gmail.com and i'll get back to you within 48 hours with an answer and a solution.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, BeastGhost INK offers a free exchange or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch using the contact form or email and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
