#2  Time is one of the most undervalued and misused things in life. We trade it to make money because we all have to live, but what about the other things we are giving our life currency away to? Is it a relationship? A hobby you love? Spending time in nature or exercising? Maybe it’s gaming or studying philosophy. Or is it scrolling? TikTok, Insta, Snap, Tinder, the platform is irrelevant . 

What’s important is asking what are you giving your time away to and is it making you feel better about your life or worse? Is it inspiring? Depressing? Is the content you absorb empowering you or injecting a feeling of hopelessness? What you spend your time putting into your mind matters. You can’t put garbage, hate, fear, division, etc into your psyche and expect to not feel like sh*t.

Change the fuel, see what happens.
